Dripwave EPS Panel
DripWave is an energy-efficient expanded polystyrene (EPS) high-performance insulation for exterior one-coat stucco applications. Its patented vertical wave pattern (2” OC.) maximizes air space between the water-resistive barrier (WRB) and foam insulation, providing an integral drainage plane for accumulated moisture to dissipate or escape.
DripWave Specifications
- First-generation closed cell EPS Type II board that complies with ASTM C578
- Nominal density of 1.5 lb/ft3
- Thickness of 1 to 1 ½ inches over open framing or ½ to 1 ½ inches over sheathing

The following stable R-values per inch, tested according to ASTM C518:
- 4.76 at 25°F
- 4.55 at 40°F
- 4.33 at 75°F
